Hello I am Svitlana a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying. I have intense experience working with individuals who experience trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD and Relationship Issues.

My work entails integrating both mind, body and sprit to treat the whole person not just the symptoms. In addition to the use of CBT, IFS, EMDR, DBT, Gestalt, ACT etc, I also provide you with various tools outside of sessions to equip you to be independent outside of sessions.
